Refund & Return Policy for My Nutri Meat:

Return Policy:

1. Perishable Nature of Products

- Since our products are perishable, they are not returnable after delivery has been completed and accepted by the customer.

- For cash-on-delivery: orders, no refund is applicable since payment is made upon delivery. The customer may refuse to accept the order and decline payment if the product does not meet expectations.

- If a pre-paid/advance-paid order cannot be fulfilled due to the product being out of stock, we will offer the customer:

- A replacement product of similar value or type.

- If the customer declines the replacement, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be initiated.

- Refunds will typically be completed within 10 working days but may take longer in exceptional circumstances.
